Self-Assessment is a process where you can evaluate your
personality, skills, and interests. A Self-Assessment can help you
identify types of jobs or a career you may be interested in.
Stop by the Career Center for a free Self-Assessment or visit one of
the sites below to take a Self-Assessment online. A Career Counselor
can help you review your interests, discover careers you may be
interested in, and identify options to pursue your desired career.

College Foundation of North Carolina offers a free
Self-Assessment called The Career Key to help you identify
occupations that match your interests. Register (if a new user)
or Log-In and view the Career Key and other self-assessments
under the CFNC Career Center.

College Answer is
another site with various Self-Assessments – some are free of
charge and others do have a fee. This site is approved by the
National Association for College Admission
Counseling

North Carolina Career Resource Network
(SOICC) offers Self-Assessments, Career Exploration, and Job
Search assistance.

O*Net Resource Center
serves as the nation’s primary source of occupational
information, and also has free self-assessments. Download their
program online to take their self-assessment or stop by the
Career Center to utilize this online assessment.

Monster.com allows
users to search jobs, post resumes, or get tips on careers and
more.
